can someone give me a little more info ?

walking helps inducing labor but exactly how . my baby is already engaged in pelvis & yesterday i went to a zoo park and walking the whole park looking at animals . it was about a 3-4 hour walk . & starting getting contractions while walking. back was killing me & it got a little worse when i got in the car to the point i took my seatbelt off . so do you think i dilated any . i was already 2 cm . walking releases a hormone right ?/
