For those of you that use preventative diaper rash creams like A+D and have a boy do you also apply it to the balls?

In the crevices along the legs at times, but not all over the balls. I never put anything on my son unless I saw redness. On the penis I never used anything but aquaphor.

I use butt paste, but yeah the whole area

I always used the preventive ointment on his butt, between legs by balls, under balls. 
Never ON balls necessarily, unless he was red. I would move his penis out of the way so it wasnt sitting on the ointment

Yeah i use aquaphor on everything down there

I do on the sides since they stick to the thighs and that doesn't look comfy
