desperate need of recommendations

I am in desperate need of any advice/recommendations for acne/acne scar treatements. Wether it is organic, natural etc. I am 27 weeks pregnant and I understand that hormones can cause breakouts but I have never had a breakout so badly in my life. My face, back and shoulders are horrible and it makes me feel so insecure. I have tried a lot of different treatments, and nothing has worked.
