Help!! OPK false positive?

Good morning!!!

I lost my son at 22 weeks 5 days on June 22nd. I have yet to get my AF but my doctor said start trying because I can get pregnant before.

My levels are 0 both hormone and milk protein.

I have been testing ovulation for 6 weeks and it was negative for a little over 2 weeks then all of a sudden blinking smiley faces (yay) but this has lasted for 22 days then Sunday I got a peak!! The test line was dark then the control on 3 tests (2 cheapies and a clear blue digital) I had a few drinks the night before and my urine was super concentrated. I woke up at 1 and 3 to use the bathroom then tested at 7am.

The next day I tested again (clear blue digital yes I have two just incase in breaks 😳) and it went back to blinking. I have been temping this is my first time ever. And there has been no spike yet.

Do you think it was positive because I was dehydrated?? Here are pics of all three tests that morning
