Mirror at delivery??

My mom is telling me that she saw us being born through a mirror but all her kids were born 20 years ago and up so is this still something that's done? I haven't heard anything about it. Is it offered at hospitals or were you allowed to bring your own?

My hospital offered it to me. I declined 😂😂 I really was not interested in seeing the delivery

My hospital has a mirror on the ceiling if we want it. I've used it for all 3 of my babies and plan on using it for #4. When I get tired or think I can't keep pushing, seeing the top of my baby's head, etc is all the motivation I need to keep going.

Hell.to.the.no. I don't wanna see my lady's bits like that. My hospital offered it for my two deliveries. The blaring lights right at my crotch were enough and the 20 nurses in there because my first had meconium was enough for me.

They asked me if I wanted a mirror to give me encouragement to push. I was so fascinated with them saying, "I see her head! She has a lot of hair!!!!!" I did it but when I was pushing I didn't really look at it lol

My doctor offered witj my daughter. 🤚 no thanks 😷 seeing the look on my SOs face was enough 😂

You would need to ask for it or some hospitals might ask if you'd like to see. Personally at my delivery no one offered, but I didn't want to see it anyway haha.
