Light orangey spotting with mild cramps??

Hi ladies, so I had a MC back in May and I found out last Monday that I'm pregnant again. I had a blood test and it came back positive. I get my results from the test I took Friday tomorrow. I've had mild cramping all day, still have frequent urination, but now I have wicked light spotting that's kinda orangey...I know I might be freaking out over nothing but I'm terrified of losing this pregnancy too...anyone had any experience or went through something similar?
