Tmi but I have to ask😅

I will try to make this short, I have basically been bleeding about everyday for the last 1 in a half years (when my daughter was born). Some days are really light, only in the morning, only at night, some days a so heavy I don't dare going anywhere. And a couple times I went like a whole week without bleeding. The last 10 days I have been cramping (bad), bloating, and going #2. (ew I'm sorry) Well this has lasted at least 10 days and I just can't figure out why. I have also not bled at all for these 10 days. So I'm basically just wondering if anybody has had any type of pregnancy symptoms like this?
