They shouldn't have animals!!!

I know this chick that us taking little to no precautions when it comes to her animals getting pregnant!! She has 2 cats, 1 just delivered 2 weeks ago, and the other is about to pop. This is both of the cats second liters. She also has a dog that is constantly popping out puppies that she usually end up taking to the shelter because she can't re-home them. The dog is also pregnant again with like it's 4th litter. I feel so bad for these animals. I have told her how to get vouchers for getting them fixed for free and she won't listen!!
