OMG HELP?!?!

I really need help. I don't know what is causing it, but the circled area in the pic is really, really itchy on my crotch area! I'll admit that I do not shave or trim it because I am so sensitive down there that even just trimming makes me breakout in a rash. This itch hurts and won't go away. I don't have any other symptoms of like a yeast infection, it's just the itching. Please help, and ideas what it could be? Even just a guess. Also a way to treat it please!!
