Help!
I'm finding it so hard not to beat myself up over my weight. I'm 5'6" (167cm) and 59kg (9st3)
Over a year I've lost 25kg but now I'm stuck in a obsession with weight loss.
Me and a friend go to the gym practically everyday and we eat very good diets but since I've upped my calorie intake to 1500 I've gained the smallest bit and it terrifies me.
Do any of you have any advice on ways I could be content with my weight?
