Body positive eating right help please!
Every time I step on the scale or look down I feel like I'm not as skinny as I used to be I want to drop the weight and become comfortable again in my skin I want to loose the weight in my stomach cause that's where I am the most self conscious about and I just need some tricks and tips on eating right as if right now I have gone up to be 183pounds and it makes me feel like I will never be able to drop at least 40 pounds Ik some of my weight is muscle but I'm scared that my doctor will tell me I'm overweight any tricks on eating right would be great!!!!!
