my baby is 13 months old and I just found out I'm pregnant

I wanted to have more kids but not this soon. I am still breastfeeding and I thought my partner and I were being careful and I still got pregnant. I don't feel financially or emotionally ready. I'm worried about what my job will say and how I will afford childcare. I'm just feeling overwhelmed. To top it off I had to pull my son from daycare last week because the woman running it did some seriously questionable things. So now I'm desperately searching for childcare and it's been a week. 

Sorry I just needed to vent...feeling so overwhelmed.
