16 week old fell- hit head on hard wood floor

My baby just fell from about a foot or foot and a half and hit his head on the hardwood floor- he cried a god awful cry for about 3 minutes then hasn't cried since. He's awake, smiling, cooing, temp was normal, eyes look normal. No bumps red marks or swelling. Should I be concerned? I feel panicky and terrible of course.

Edit- he does keep shaking his head back and forth while laying on his back..not sure if that's good or bad but he has mobility in his neck for sure
