If he is trying to be there... Be blessed

I get so tired of seeing moms hold their kids back from their dads. If he is trying to be there let him. Dont keep money a factor or put so many stipulations that it makes it impossible. Be blessed women. I went into pre term labor last night. Tried getting ahold of my daughters father. He would look at the messages but not respond. Until i got a message this morning stating from him that he is cool on me. Well thats fine i wasnt contacting him for me. It was inregards to our daughter. Now a little background. Me and him went to high school together. I liked him then. Well fast forward 12 years. He contacted me on facebook. We became friends and soon enough closer than that. I did everything for him "red flag". I was there when he needed me but also he put onthis great front that he was there for me. He said he loved me. He would tell me missed me ect. I was the first call he wouldmake if he needed to clear his head and have someone to talk to. We both seemed to be there for each other. Well.... Cue me getting pregnant. Sure she wasnt planned. Sure neither one of us wanted anymore kids as I have mine from my marriage and he has his from former gf. Well.... I decided i couldnt go through with an abortion. Thats where things became sticky with us. We still saw each other ect. All the way up until about a month ago we were still "together" he still said he missed me ect. Welp.... I kinda let him have it. Because he never acted like he cared about her. And after that he wouldnt talk to me. Then being in the hospital last night i tried letting him know. Well this is the message that happened this morning. So ladies... If he is trying to be there.... Let him. Because i never thought i would be having a baby where her dad didnt want shit to do with her. I feel nothing right now bit disappointment. But its his loss not mine. Im going to be having a beautiful baby girl within the next couple weeks and i get to enjoy her. He will be the one missing out...
