SPREAD THE AROMANTIC LOVE! (NOTICE US!)

Izzy

I'm aromantic, and personally find it somewhat rude that the majority of eve just ASSUMED everybody wants to find love, from the polls to the health logs... not everybody has a sexual orientation. I also find it a bit offensive that there's places all over eve for gays and lesbians and bi AND trans now to, but us aromantic and asexuals don't have anywhere if noticed at all! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

What is aromantic?

_ _ _ _ _ _

• Someone that has no romantic attraction

• Somebody that (usually) does not engage in

romantic relationships

• Somebody that has no romantic feeling

What is asexual?

_ _ _ _ _ _

• Somebody that has no SEXUAL orientation

• They have romantic attraction, but not sexual

•Someone who has no need or want to have sex

• They (for the most part) won't masturbate, (just because

a friend wont masterbate does not make them asexual)

Can an asexual or aromantic still love me?

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

• In general aromantics and asexuals are very capable of loving

you, friends and family! Asexuals just won’t want to have sex, and

aromantics just (Most likely) Will love you as a friend or sibling

rather than a partner!

• Being aromantic or asexual will not make the person love you less

than a normal person would their friends or family, they just normally

won't love you in a sexual way (asexuals can still love you in a romantic way)

Is being asexual or aromantic bad?

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

• No! Being asexual or aromantic is never a bad thing! Yes, some

people do look down upon it, but in retrospect, it's not all that different

from being gay or lesbian

• Is it something I should help him/her fix? Of course not! If somebody told

you they are asexual or aromantic, they are here for support from somebody

they trust! Not someone to offer to ‘fix’ it!

• Aromantic and asexual are not something they took up from bad experiences

it's never anybody's fault! Like how gays have just always been gay, simple!
