What should I do?????

So my cousin lives with me ,...and my mom brought her in after she came back from Mexico she's been living with us for 2 years and when she first came my mom has told her to buy perfume and deordorant for herself. The point is she ran out of perfume and she's been using mine!! She works and she makes good money she's just too CHEAP to buy perfume for herself. The first time I hid my perfume from her in my underwear drawer and she managed to look through all my drawers and look for perfume! I told her to buy her own perfume and that they have a sale for $4 a perfume at bath and body works! It's been almost 6 months since she hasn't bought any for herself. Again I hid them from her on the top of my closet in a drawer she hasn't found them yet and she hasn't been wearing perfume for a couple days now. And another thing is she's been using my moms pads and my mom confronted her telling her to buy her own and she still hasn't bought her own! The thing that gets me and my mom mad the most is that shes out with her boyfriend EVERYDAY im not exaggerating EVERYDAY. Like if she's out with her boyfriend cant she stop by a store to buy perfume ! Ugh it's pathetic that me and my mom have to hide our own women things in our own house!
