1 year & 2 months

My 1 year old still isn't walking I'm constantly working with her on it. I let her hold my hand when we walk out the room when I get her from her room but have to hold her when we walk down the stairs then make her walk with me again. I try to get her to stand up & walk to me. Maybe only get two steps out of her then she wants to go back to crawling. Walkers she seems not a fan of. But when my family has her for a few hours she'll walk maybe 5 steps for them by herself. Can anyone tell me what to do?? I'm doing all I can she just doesn't seem to want to do it.
