possible yeast infection??? HELP

I had a yeast infection couple of weeks ago....didn't think much of it because I'm pretty prone to them. well flash to last night, I was doing the dirty with my so, and omg I swear it was painful as hell. we had stop! this morning I get up, and I'm itching like bad...so I figure hey its anotjer yeast infection...

I get one of those test things at Walmart where u can test your Ph balance. well the test comes up as my pH being highly alkaline like the whole test strip was green!! I have a Dr appt tomorrow and I'm kind of freaking out. my so swears he was tested right before we got together so I'm not sure what this means. any advice ladies??
