Are these #s as bad as they look?

Question

After months of trying, I purchased an at home sperm count test. DH took it and it came back low. 
Did lab SA today. Results are attached. 
Are these #s as bad as they look?

The sperm count, motility and morphology are all low. My SO had numbers that were similar and we did a lifestyle change. He stopped smoking weed and drinking and started taking Fertilaid for men and COQ10 and within a month all of his numbers were above normal. Don't give up hope because there are things he can do to improve his numbers!

I read last night that in order to do IUI, he needs to have at least 10m total motile sperm. DH has 1m... could this mean IVF?
