VBAC Experience

I had an unusual first birthing experience. My Water bag was ruptured so I was admitted early, even though I was 1cm dilated and zero contractions. I was put on Pitocin, my water broke about two hours later, and given a Foley Ball catheter to help me along however after 24 hours I only went to 5cm. It was recommended I had a C-Section because the risk of infection was high and they could no longer administer me a higher dosage. I would love to give birth naturally and I'm too early along and I can't even get in to talk to an OB yet. Anyone have an experience like this?
