Ftm...need help/advice on sleep time..

Hello 😊 my daughter is 14 weeks and totally relies on feeding and or rocking and standing to fall asleep then i have to quietly and carefully inch to the room lat her down and pray to god she doesn't wake up. Some nights she wont let me lay her down and i end up sitting up in the recliner with her all night bc i have to try to get atleast an hour of sleep for work.

Any advice how to start getting her to learn to sleep on her own? She wont even nap on her own yet. And to be honest i dont know how to do it or where to start. Thanks girls❤
