Positive pregnancy test after IUI

This was my first time trying IUI. Long story short, I got impatient and tried taking a test and got what appears to be a positive. I have read that you can get false positives after IUI. So, those who've done the same thing I have done, what DPO did you get your confirmation bfp ??
