does triple high risk pregnancy exists...new to this

So my sister stays in Coca Beach, Florida. So my mom tells my sister that she needs to come home to South Carolina bc my sister told my mom that she was triple high risk and that the doctor said that the hurricane will put stress on the baby.... I've heard of high risk pregnancy and triple test markers to determine if u are high risk but never triple high risk pregnancy.... Is their even a such thigh as being triple high risk or just high risk. Please help me bc I any find it on google..my teacher doesn't know and I'm just confused now.
