Does anyone have PCOS ⁉️

I've have period problems since I was about 13/14! I sort of self diagnosed myself with pcos bc every doctor I have visited ignores my problems and symptoms! Are there any ladies out here who have actually been diagnosed? Please share your experience and what symptoms were a warning sign for you!

I was diagnosed with PCOS about a year ago. I had a blood test taken and they said the wrong hormone was present at the point I was at in my cycle. I experience extremely irregular periods (being gone for months at a time and having weird flows when it did come), having extra body hair (facial and other parts🙄) , extra body weight and vaginal dryness. There are also other symptoms such as bad acne and diabetes, really painful periods and even digestion problems. I was put on birth control and now I have a regular period every month!

I've been having irregular periods and really bad acne since I was 13yrs and didn't take it on at the time. At 22yrs I finally decided to look into it and got dignosed with PCOS after an ultrasound which should cysts in the ovaries. I was prescribed birth control but after doing some research about it I never took it and looked into natural remedies. Some things I did was cut out having meat, diary, processed foods and foods high on the glycemic index. Next year when I had my check up the cysts had reduced considerably and I was almost getting periods every month. Following year everything completly cleared up, no signs of cysts and regualar periods. Look into natural remedies, a lot of health issues stem from the foods we consume. Best of luck!!
