Missed Miscarriage

I got told last Thursday that my sweet baby no longer had a heartbeat. I decided to wait and see whether it would naturally come out but this Friday I decided I couldn't wait anymore and I got the pill to take.

This morning (Sunday) I passed 3 bubbles that were the size of 10c pieces each. Two were blood and one was clear. Does anyone know what that could have been ? I always thought I only had one baby in there but there were three perfect bubbles ?
