Blighted ovum...

So my baby never developed. In order to move this miscarriage along we chose to use a medication to make me have contractions. I feel sad but at the same time I feel relieved. This pregnancy wasn't planned but we were still happy when I got my BFP. I am a bit overweight and I am going to try to lose the weight before we start trying. I just wish I didn't have to go through this forced miscarriage. I'm scared of the pain and I'm sad that I lost my fiances would be first child. I don't know. I wish this hadn't happened to me. This is my first ever miscarriage.
