HELP, need some reassurance!!

Hello, I am on the birth control pill Sprintec and have been for about 2 months. I'm pretty good about my routine when it comes to taking it (never missed a day, usually about the same time, give or take an hour AT MOST very rarely). There were some nights I had been drinking so I didn't know if that would play into the effectiveness of the pill either. About two weeks ago I had sex with a condom and he also pulled out just to be safe. The part the has me on edge is before we actually had sex the guy had been touching has dick and then fingered me maybe 10-20 mins after. He hadn't came yet but I was still wondering about pre cum or how worried I should really be.

Before starting birth control my period was very irregular and never predictable so I assume it's not regular from bc yet considering I've only been taking it two months. I just took my first placebo yesterday and no period yet. Is there a high chance that I could be preg rn??? I'm just a real worrier and would really like to be reassured that I'm just overthinking it. Pls pls help and no negative comments I would just appreciate some advice.
