iud & excruciating pains

advice pls!! i switched my iuds from skyla to the paragaurd about 3 or 4 months ago. I have skyla for about 7 months. Im currently on my period but the blood is bright red and I've been having to change my tampon every 4 hours for three days. I have a history of ovarian cysts and I only ever felt bad pain on my right ovary. today I have that feeling on both sides and a terrible stabbing pain that feels like it's coming from my uterus and goes up my back?? it feels like a cleat being dug into my lady parts inside. im getting pale, light headed sweaty and nauseous when the pain comes on and only really happens when I move.

just needing advice, is this to be expected with paragaurd? I know cramps are usually worse than normal and bleeding increases. I just have called a
