Stroller recommendations needed!! FTM looking for some personal experience 🙂

I'm due in December 🤗 and I have no idea which stroller to pick! 😐 so I wanted a travel system because why not? A car seat and stroller combo, can't beat that in my opinion. Only problem is our baby shower will be the middle-ish of October and a friend of the family told us they are going to buy us a car seat, and my MIL wants to buy the stroller so she asked me if I wanted a jogger or just a regular one and to send her pictures of what we'd like. I've researched and found so many great ones and I just can't choose so I'd love to hear your thoughts on what you have and how you like it and if you have a hard time with the stroller. I'm a petite 5'2 and don't want to have a hard time with the stroller when DH isn't around lol 😬 much love to everyone that reads this and responds 💗

Update: so MIL didn't give a budget but I definitely don't want her to spend too much on it but I know she will spend whatever because it's her first grandson.. I live in El Paso TX so weather can be pretty unpredictable, it is pretty dry here most of the year though and if it ever does snow it isn't much. I live near a few parks so would love to be walking with my LO as often as I can.
