Sharp pains

Im currently sitting on the toilet i know tmi. I was going #2 and then i peed. All of a sudden when i go to wipe boom sharp pains in my pelvis its been going on for about 10 mins im still on the toilet and they come every 1-4 minutes. Its not in my whole stomach just down by the babys heads. Its starts out in the back by my hips and travels in to the front of uterus. Help is this normal? Im 35 weeks and have had contractions for 5 weeks.

Earlier i felt a pop like my water was gonna break but it ddnt now that im sitting fluid has cone out about 3-4 times not sure if it was pee or my water. Every time my son moves it also bring on the pain they also start up by them selves.
