Is this spotting? Discharge? Should I call my midwife?

I don’t even know when it started happening because initially I thought it was dark urine (it was a tan-ish brown color) but this is the first time it’s been pink-ish.
I wouldn’t be as worried except I’ve also had cramps the past few days. I have an appointment Monday afternoon but idk if I should be calling the midwife to get in tomorrow or go to the ER or...
