ADVICE PLEASE .....

I am so confused. Can someone please give me advice. My bf and I lost a baby in march . It was unplanned and very unexpected . I wasn't really wanting to have another baby at that time . But after the loss it opened our eyes . Although I didn't agree at first he kept insisting that we have a baby . For the next five months I fought with him about it and was against it . But I finally gave in and he made me feel like it would be good to have a baby. So the first time we tried it happened . I just found out about 3 days ago and once I spilled the news to him he has been acting like it's not what he wants I don't get it the man has begged me for a baby for months and now it's here he doesn't have much of anything to say about it . ???? Could he just be in shock....
