Heart stopped at almost 7 weeks

today, I had am appointment with my OB. my last appointment we could see but not hear the heart beat at almost 7 weeks. today marked 10 weeks and 0 days. the doctor did a sonogram and said she's going to have another person look at it, which I found odd, but went with it. The 2nd doctor looked and I was a little confused as the baby wasn't big enough to see like it had been before. After a few minutes, she told us there's no heart beat. and that this pregnancy would be difficult. I went back to my normal doctor and she confirmed a miscarriage. I lost it. she stepped out to let me and my boyfriend talk. Next week the fetus is going to be removed..... she couldn't give us a reason as to why this happened and I just keep thinking about anything I could've done to cause this.... then I changed my status on Glow and it killed me when I opened the app and told me that today my baby's head should be bigger than it's body and it's hands and feet should be viable, the heartbeat should be clear on a sonogram and morning sickness should be going away slowly.... then I updated it from "We're pregnant!" to "healing from a loss" and it all just disappeared. my baby's growth disappeared and it killed me....
