When should I test?...

My period is 7 days late today. I did get a cold out of nowhere around the day or day before my period was supposed to start, and still am a little stuffy today. (I had a sore throat, headaches, stuffy and runny nose, and felt dizzy when walking) I’ve heard that a cold could be an early sign of pregnancy, something to do with changes to your immune system. I also was cramping like I was going to start my period a few days ago but it never came. My period has been like a day or two off from eve but never has it been 7 days late. I just don’t know when I should test. Thanks in advance 🤗
