Dont know if im pregnant or not

Okay so I'm on the nuvaring. I've been on it for about 3 months. My periods have shortened from 7 days to 5 days and they are light now. My last period was September 3rd. But I just haven't felt right. I have a two year old daughter. And I didnt get a positive hpt with her until I was 9-10 weeks. I've taken tests a week or two ago and got negative. But I've been crampy, super tired, very nauseous, lower back pain, and I'm bloated a lot. My boobs have been hurting to the point I dont want anything to touch them. Been very painful for two weeks. Today I put on one of my bras that is a B cup and they are too big on me but today they fit pretty good. Took me by total surprise! I went down to a small A cup after I finished breastfeeding my daughter. So I need some help! Am I just crazy? lol. I'm supposed to take my nuvaring out on Friday September 29th. So please help!
