SOS in Pain and Weird Stuff Happening to My Body

Since last week, I have been having extreme amounts of pelvic pain to the point where it hurts to walk or sit. Sometimes it's dull and just feels like I'm cramping. I've been having more discharge than normal, kinda yellow. Burns a little. Now I have very light spotting. I can't get turned on at all because even the thought of sex makes me cringe because of my pain. I have a doctor's appointment. I definitely don't think I'm pregnant because my partner and I use condoms and pull out, plus I take my birth control pills perfectly. I'm freaking out.

EDIT: Definitely not an STI as my partner and I were checked before ever touching each other and we ALWAYS have protected sex and have been together awhile.
