Bad egg burps?🤢

So I woke up today with my stomach hurting so bad. Every time I burped it smelled like rotten eggs. Then I started violently throwing up and it smelled like rotten eggs. My stomach feels incredibly bloated and gassy. I don't want to go to emergency room because I have a sensitive stomach and every time they tell me it's viral that there is nothing we can do. Last time I vomited on stop for a week then the doctor called me a week later and told me it was a bacteria and put me on antibiotics.(even though the sickness has passed). Has anyone experienced something similar? Could it be lactose intolerant, severe heartburn, or bacteria? I just want to die and feel disgusting that my husband finds me naked on our bathroom floor dry heaving like a man. Very embarrassing.

Also I just realized our water has a eggy smell to it. I was very thirsty last night and had like 4 glasses of water (with mio to stop the egg smell/ taste) Could it be the sulfur in our water? I know you guys aren't doctors but I really hate going to ER and all doctors offices are closed.
