I started dating my husband at 17. We got married when I turned 20. And are about to celebrate 8 Amazing years. We wanted a baby, badley. I even worked at a daycare because it became so hard. We watched every one around us get pregnant. It was painful. But I'm so thankful we waited. I had a bad accident and almost lost my arm, the trouble that followed was insane. Honestly marriage is HARD! I Love my husband more than any thing but trust me relationships grow, and change. It takes time.Don't add to mush to your plates just yet trust me your marriage is brand new. You both deserve to take the time grow into it. And so do your kids. We have watched all but one set of friends separate by having kids to soon. out of 8 couples....

I got married at 20, waited 8 years to try to have a baby, I'm so happy because those first 5 years were a lot of hard work, keeping our marriage working,I always think waiting 5 years if you can is good, we changed as people so much in those years

I don't think feeling emptiness is a good reason to have a child. I think you should wait until you feel like your life is full and then add to that fullness by starting a family.

tbh, you're 19. in my opinion, you should wait. I got pregnant 3 months after I turned 21. I wish that I had had more life experiences and time with my SO before I was pregnant where we could have enjoyed doing things that we won't be able to until our kids are older. I wish I had waited and was able to travel or even go to the grocery store or out of the house without kids.
