Bed wetting

So I’m 17 and I just wet the bed for the first time in ages??

I’m at my boyfriends what do I do 😫😫!!

Is something wrong with me?? I didn’t even wake up because of it and have no recollection of dreaming I went to the toilet which would usually be the case??

Side note: (not sure if relevant) but ive been feeling quite sick lately and drinking more than usual but it seems to go straight through me. I need a wee straight away :/

Is this normal??
