Any nurses/doctors here?

I'm so close to going to the hospital. I was at the office and I noticed my whole hand from my palm to fingertips were green. No, I swear I did nothing out of the ordinary. I'm in the office 80/ hours per week. I still washed my hands for like 10 mins straight and itsbeen like this an hour or so, it's faded a lot but it's still there. What is happening ?!!! Do I go to the hospital now or just my regular doc in the morning?? I don't have time to sit in the hospital all evening, I don't know if I should go or if this is just another out of hand panic attack. Help!!
