Do I go to the hospital? Any nurses/docs here?

Help! I'm so close to going to the hospital but I have a lot of panic attacks so idk if I'm just going crazy.. or just wait until the morning to go to my local doc. I was at the office and my whole hand from palm to fingertips went green. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary i am in the office 80 hours per week. Anyway I still washed my hands for 5 mins straight w lots of soap and of course it didn't go away. The green color isn't really on my palm anymore but still on my fingers. Do I go to the hospital right now or wait to go to my doctor tomorrow?!! Help!!!
