CM help, Pregnant? Flow?

Hi ladies, so AF is due in 4 days. I have creamy almost like lotion CM. I've been looking online and it says creamy could mean pregnancy. Has any one had this when they got bfp? ive been so tired im falling asleep at my desk at work while on a call 🙊 moody, I've had headaches and nausea the last few days especially in that a.m BUT ive been eating horribly. so i dont know. My boobs dont hurt, have had cramping on my right side. Acne like ive never had before. right side back pain.
