Help?!

I've had these red bumps and itching sensation for the past three days. Sometimes it stings when I put lotion to calm down the itchy sensation. Does anyone recommend anything I know it common for pregnancy but it's starting to really bother me

I've been doing a lot of research on the reason I might be having this rash. Everything seems to connect with puppp it's a rash that occurs during pregnancy and can spread anywhere. Has anyone experienced pupps and has any remedies???
