Miscarried Saturday, still hurting.

I miscarried Saturday with misoprostol 6 days ago and I’m struggling.

I passed many large clots and tissues as well as the sac and my little bean.

My bleeding seems to be okay, less during the day mostly brown and then a bit heavier with some clots at night.

Once the blood gets heavier I get struck with insane cramps similar to earlier/mid labour contractions.... Advil doesn’t even seem to be helping.

I just wanted to know if anyone else experienced this or if I should be concerned ??
