How does nose piercing feel?

Did it hurt? Is it hard to look after? Is it better to get ring or stud first? I have so many questions about it as I'm getting mine done tomorrow. I've been wanting it done for a few years now but wasn't allowed because I was quite young.

You’re probably going to get mixed answers as everyone is different. But my personal experience, it hurt like a bitch. I got it with a stud and oh man my eyes watered up for that piercing but the aftercare for me was easy.

I have a nose ring but mine started out with a stud. I think it’s a bit easier as the ring can get stuck more easily on random things. Funny story: Maybe a moth after I got my piercing I bumped it with my hand and the entire thing completely fell out. I was geeking out so I ran upstairs and stuck an earring in it and had my brother drive me to the mall. I came home and almost had a panic attack as I was trying to put the new stud in. I took the earring out and I almost felt like the hole was healing onto it (sort of sticking to it). I had so much trouble putting the stud cause I was panicking that I put the ring in and prayed. It healed perfectly fine and I still have it. It’s the only jewelry I wear and I like the way a ring looks a little bit more than a stud with my facial features.

ive never had my nose pierced like your talking but i have my septum pierced and that didnt hurt at all. different people have different experiences it all depends on the piercer and you pain tolerance just don't over think it to much,it takes them all of 2 min to do it so the pain doesn't last long.

I recommend getting a ball closure ring to begin with because there is less of a chance of it falling out, hence it’ll heal faster. It definitely hurts like a bitch but so worth it! I’ve had mine done for almost 3 years and it is my favorite piercing or of 10! You will most likely “cry” just because of the spot of the piercing but its normal. Use contact solution and a cotton swab to clean it!!!

Well from what my sister and How she got it down I guess it didn’t hurt 😂 I walked into her room one night and saw a needle hanging out her nose and saw she had pierced her nose herself and was not in any pain. Yes she did make sure it was clean and stuff.

I think my eyes watered but I don’t remember it being too much pain, it’s pretty easy to take care of. I would do stud first. Just be careful you don’t get it caught on stuff like towels and your clothes

I got the micro dermal hip piercing and my friend got her nose pierced and she almost cried and had to hold my hand and we both have extremely high pain tolerance she end up getting mad at me because mine didn’t hurt lol
