First month

So I am on my first month of birth control. I am about a week from the sugar pills. I have had sex about 2 times since I’ve been on but he has not cum inside me or anything. A couple days ago I started feeling cramped and I have been noticing some bleeding. It is not the same as period blood though and my cramps have stuck with me for longer than they usually do. The doctor made a mistake and put me on birth control 2 weeks after my last period. Should I be worried or is it normal to feel like shit. I don’t have and symptoms of pregnancy....just a little nauseous from the cramps
