period won't stop?

I got the Nexplanon implant on September 13th and it went well.. Though my period is quite variable in how heavy it is, it usually lasts about 4 days, 6 at max. Right now I'm going on 2 weeks of bleeding but before that I had about a week of spotting. It doesnt show much sign of stopping any time soon, thank God it isn't too heavy so far. The biggest side effect of this implant is irregular bleeding and it takes roughly 3 months for everything to smooth out, according to Planned Parenthood and the website. My cramps aren't bad but very uncomfortable.. it's just getting very tedious and tiring, does anyone have any suggestions or anything?
