Implantation bleeding?

for anyone who has experienced this!!! I'm 12dpo today and I have been having constant cramping the last few days. nothing too bad or heavy but noticeable. tonight I had just a small amount of pinkish red blood with just the teeniest small clot. AF isn't due until the 1st. I'm very regular. is this what implantion bleeding is or maybe just AF showing up early for some reason? idk, I wiped a few times and it was only on one.
