Missed my period for October😅

So for the month of September I only spotted but I got blood work done and they said I wasn't pregnant but now for the month of October I didn't get anything at all. I've been hella moody, hungry af yet nauseous af afterwards. Sounds like I'd be getting my period but nothing🤷🏼‍♀️. My boyfriend and I never use protection either🤔.

Also I had a throat infection coming on last week and I took some antibiotics for two days the stopped and I haven't been able to shake off a cold that's coming on, idk if that matters much but yeah. when should I test.???? Any advice.? Please.?

Update: Went to my doctors visit on the 6th, they did a urine test and it was negative, BUT it's now the 11th and still no period😐
