My first pregnancy!

Okay so I am 6 weeks pregnant and very excited! Yet I’m nervous due to certain symptoms. Light cramps, moreso on the left side but everywhere too in the lower abdomen area. and very light spotting today also from constipation. Researching online for different opinions and testimonials seem to keep me calm. I also set up a doctors appointment today to get a vaginal ultrasound. A lot of people say it’s normal but If anyone is going through this please let me know your thoughts on it! Thank you
